Michpal Technologies, a company listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, has entered into an agreement to acquire a 70% stake in Interspace-Tranzila for NIS 56 million, reflecting a company valuation of NIS 80 million, with an option to acquire the remaining 30% at a later stage.
