We are proud to be advising Nofar Energy on a strategic transaction for the acquisition of a 47.5% interest in the “Reindeer” power plant for approximately NIS 855 million, reflecting a company valuation of NIS 1.8 billion, from the Phoenix Group and additional private investors. As part of the transaction, Nofar will also acquire a 35% interest in an adjacent energy project that may in the future be used to develop an additional power plant, an energy storage facility or a data center.
